Vehicles have always been a passion for me ever since I have learnt 3D modelling. In fact, one of the first complex model I attempted was an Audi TT. So it was really exciting to work on the Fast and Furious franchise and build game ready vehicles. Since the cars had real-time reflection on the car paint, the cars body surfaces had to be precisely modeled with the flow of the reflections and shape in mind. Accuracy to the real world version of the car was also paramount as these were licensed vehicle which were reviewed with the manufacturer before going into the game.
Apart from building the base vehicle and it’s OEM part, I was also responsible for building associated after market upgrade parts like spoilers, rims, canards, splitters, etc.
